Today was also Anna Kayt's last day of school as well in 2K. She has grown so much this year and I so love the spunky, caring, loving, and funny little girl she is turning out to be! She has loved having Mrs. Vicki and Mrs. Kathleen as her teachers and talks about them constantly. They have loved on her all year and I am so thankful for them. Anna Kayt right now loves her baby dolls and her new baby brother! She could play with baby dolls all day long and just loves and loves on Trip. In the past few weeks Anna Kayt has moved into a big girl bed and has also been potty trained! I was amazed at how well she transitioned with both of these. She doesn't like change so once she realized that we weren't going back to her crib or diapers she transitioned just fine. We are so proud of you Anna Kayt and I can't believe my baby girl is starting 3k next year! We love you sooo much!!

Trip One Month
This big guy is already one month old!! Wow!! He has been such a great baby!! I hope I don't mess him up by saying this, but he rarely ever cries, eats great, and is only waking up one time at night!! He loves to lay by the windows and stare outside, grunts all the time, starting to enjoy bath time, and loves when his sisters hold him on the couch. He doesn't like his diaper changed, cold baby wipes, changing clothes, or putting on any kind of lotion! We are in love with our new addition to the family! It's nice to have a another boy around the house to balance us out :) At his one month check up he weighed a whopping 11.1 (80%) and was 22 inches long (80%). His head was 15.7 (90%) so it's looking like we have a big little boy on our hands and we love kissing every one of those chunky rolls! :)

Baby Trip
He's finally here!! After what seemed like the longest pregnancy yet, this little guy has finally joined our family! We are so excited to have "brother" here with us and the girls just can't get enough of him!! They have daily arguments over who gets hug him first, kiss him first, hold him first.... The list goes on and on. To say this little guy is loved is a giant understatement! Trip was born a week early and was 8.7 lbs. Hes our big boy! He has been such a sweet snuggle bug, and just wants to be held all the time. We had a few rough nights at first but he is slowly starting to figure out this whole sleeping at night thing. At 3 weeks old he is waking up around 2 or 3 and then again at 5 or 6 so it's not too terrible. He is overall a happy baby and we just love him to pieces!!

Quadruple the fun!
We are attempting to catch up on some sleep because baby number three (or four, however you want to look at it :) is on the way! I am due April 20th, Easter Sunday.
We are hoping that this pregnancy will not have any impact what so ever on the adoption since our timelines are still so long right now! We are currently at number #105 for the third straight month in a row. Estimated timelines right now to bring a child home are around 2 - 2.5 years so hopefully this new little addition to our family will be around a year or older when we bring new baby brother home from Ethiopia. And we're done!!! Ha!! Unless God has some vastly different plans from ours, there will be no more announcements from the Millingtons, at least about anymore biological kids! :) Heres hoping the saying "2 kids is no different than 3, is TRUE!" We can't wait to meet his new little one sometime in April!

Lide Family Beach Trip 2013
This past May we went on our annual Lide family beach trip. We go on this trip with my mom's side of the family and there are a lot of us to say the least! I look forward to this trip all year long. I love getting to spend quality time with everyone and just relax on the beach.
Gurmps and his girls
And here is the crew that keeps us busy! All six grandbabies and yes, they are all girls. Grandbaby #7 is on the way and...... its a girl!
Spotted a bunny
My Aunt Janeene made all of these beautiful dresses for the girls! She is so very talented and so kind hearted to spend her time making them!
I just can't resist this cute face!
Sweet cousins
They have a giant pool to play in and where do they all end up? In the tiny hot tub of course.

121
After 9 months of endless paperwork, homestudy meetings, and being fingerprinted more times than I care to count we are officially on the waiting list with Ethiopia!!! Yay!! My heart literally skipped a beat when I saw that email pop up from our agency. Thankfully, since so many people are now choosing to adopt from Ethiopia the wait list has gotten pretty long so we are #121. At the beginning of each month we will be emailed a new number and keep working our way down. Some months there may be two children that are matched with a family so you only move down 2 spots or there could be 10. You just never know. There have been countless things that I have loved about going down the adoption road but one of my favorites is to watch God's perfect timing in everything. Adoption is such a long journey but I have seen time and time again His perfect love and perfect will displayed in so many of the families and children I have met. It has been a constant reminder to me that no matter how long this process takes that He has got this and His will is so much better than anything that I could come up with on my own. I loved reading Proverbs 19:21 that says "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails". I am thanking Him this morning for that reminder!
I have met so many new friends through our adoption and agency and I noticed that one girl likes to read what Psalms says in regards to her wait list number. For us, I looked up Psalms 121 and it was a perfect fit. :)

Psalms 121
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains: from where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever.
